Refund and Returns Policy

Reminder: The 7-day appreciation period is a hesitation period, not a trial period. The product must be intact, not submerged, without any signs of use, damaged, tags, dirt, or odor before it can be returned.

Defective return: Please record and take photos when opening the package, and promptly check if there are any problems with the product. If there are any defects in the product, please report them to Glorieucloths immediately so that Glorieucloths can assist you in processing the return.

Return process

Please apply for a return within seven days of receiving the product, and GlorieuCloths will provide you with a return code.

Glorioucovers will not charge return shipping fees for your return, but if your return results in the order not meeting the free shipping standard, Glorioucovers will deduct the shipping fee and refund you; If your return results in the order not meeting the discount criteria, GlorieuCloths will deduct the discount and refund you.

Please package the returned item properly. Glorieucloths will process the return and refund on your behalf after receiving your returned item and data and confirming that it meets the return criteria.

The product page of the exchange system already provides flat size options. If you want to exchange due to the size not being suitable, you can enjoy the right to exchange once per order.
Customized and in stock Korean products, replacement products require both parties to pay the shipping fee once. (We will bear the return shipping cost, and the shipping cost for resending will be borne by the consumer)

Please inquire with customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods for the exchange process, and return the goods and packaging intact within 7 days after receiving them.
