Shipping Policy
Spot goods: The spot goods will be shipped out within 3-5 days after receiving payment.
Pre order: Except for those in stock in the spot area category, all others are available for pre order. It is expected to take 7-21 days. Upon receipt of payment, Glorious Lots will place an order for your product with a Korean manufacturer and send it out as soon as it arrives in Taiwan.
Order: If you want to cancel or change the product items after the order payment is established, a handling fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged. Please double check your order before placing it. Once all orders are received, they will be shipped together. We do not accept splitting orders for shipping.
Out of stock: Pre ordered products may be out of stock (can be accepted before placing an order). If the product is unfortunately out of stock by the manufacturer, a text message will be sent to inform you, and the amount of the product will be refunded to your member account balance. If you want to apply for a refund, you can enter your bank account in the official website member account to apply for a refund, and your credit card will be processed as a refund.
If you choose to exchange the product, we will replenish it for you. If the product is unfortunately out of stock by the Korean manufacturer, we will send you a text message to notify you. The amount paid for the product will be refunded to your account balance first, and you can apply for a full refund on your own. The credit card will be processed as a refund.
Return and exchange of goods: When returning the goods, they must be kept intact in packaging (including shoe boxes, coat paper boxes, etc.) and neat. The goods must not be submerged, have signs of use, damaged, hang tags damaged, dirty, or have odors. Note: All packaging is part of the product. If the packaging is damaged, you will be responsible for a partial packaging fee of 150 yuan.
Color difference: Due to slight differences in product brand and screen color saturation, slight color differences in photos are normal, and the colors are mainly based on the actual product. The products are all photographed in places with outdoor light and daytime lights, and the color will look different from the indoor light when you received the goods. If you feel there is a color difference, it is recommended to take a photo under outdoor light first.
Defects: The definition of product defects does not include: color difference/size mismatch/poor odor/unopened pants/loose threads/stains with a diameter less than 5 centimeters (all of which are within the acceptable range of international inspection standards)
Size: All clothes are measured by Glorious Cloth. If there is an error of 2-3cm, it is within the normal range. The suggested size by the store customer service is for reference only, and the final decision is made by the customer themselves.
